RUNNERS!
Question. Again. How important is it to get your running shoes from a running store that will make sure they’re just right for your foot and stride? I desperately want super colorful shoes since I wear them all the time now, but obviously I don’t want injuries. Anyone? Help?

This blog isn’t healthy for me. I mean it keeps me motivated, but not for the right reasons. This happened last year… I don’t care about being healthy because I eat whatever the fuck I want, I just want to look good. I just want to be happy with my body and constantly comparing myself to all the women that show up on my dash is not the way to get there. It’s nice because I get videos and work out tips and positive thoughts (sometimes) but overall it’s having a negative impact. Maybe I should unfollow everyone and keep it as my own personal record. But I have a regular journal for that. I’d like to keep some of the links though. I guess I could like them under my personal blog. I just..I need to stop comparing myself to other people, first and foremost. And there’s no way I’m ever going to feel adequate with all you strong bitches everywhere being ten times better than me. See what I mean? I should go buy a dress at Abercombie..
